As parents you will have a very clear idea of what you want for your child. We see ourselves as an extension of the network which you put in place to help protect and develop your child towards your goals. Before starting nursery we spend time getting to know your child, and understanding what you want for them. We encourage you to take up our free trial sessions. Each child is an individual, and whilst observation and assessment form an important part of our care, we know that each child develops at a different rate. We hope that by constant communication, by welcoming your questions and acting upon your feed-back we will ensure a happy child and guarantee your peace of mind. Should you have any concerns at any time, please do not hesitate to speak to the nursery manager who will be able to help. We have a procedure in place to ensure that any dissatisfaction is dealt with immediately and steps taken to improve practice. A copy of this will be in your Welcome Pack.
