The company undertakes to comply with all statutory Health and Safety and Environmental Health requirements. All staff receive a full induction when joining us which places great emphasis on this aspect.

We have regular fire drills and all equipment is regularly maintained. All electrical appliances are tested on an annual basis. All toys and equipment comply with EU standards.

We require all staff to have a current First Aid certificate. Any accident or incident in the nursery involving children or staff is recorded in the Accident Book.

The nursery manager is responsible for implementing policy in the nursery. The company takes responsibility in ensuring managers and staff receive full training in understanding their role in maintaining a safe environment.
